Ryderwood Ave. Extension Opening
El Paso County is
happy to announce that the Ryderwood Ave. Extension Project has been completed
and is now open to the public. The
construction of the Ryderwood Extension was made
possible by a mutual agreement between the City of Horizon and El Paso
County to provide an alternative east/west route
and alleviate congestion on Eastlake Blvd., which runs parallel to those project
