Eastlake Phase I Major Reconstruction & Widening (Landscaping & Shoulder Work)

All lanes are open along Eastlake Boulevard from I-10 to Darrington Road. The only remaining work is along the shoulders and the median. Due to the implementation of worker safety protocols in line with the Judge’s Disaster Declaration, including limiting shift work for these ongoing projects, the project’s opening date has been shifted to mid-June. All concrete and asphalt shoulder work (sidewalks and shared-use paths) will be completed in the next week and landscaping continues to be installed.
